Pink Chunari strives for customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept the item back for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt (excluding the shipping cost). Item must be returned back in its original condition, i.e unused, undamaged. Return shipping and handling charges (where imposed) will be borne by the customer. We will NOT exchange or refund any item after this period under any circumstances. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, which include made to your specification, additional pieces added to an existing design, bead or stone colour change.
We accept returns if damaged. All products that are damaged must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Please email us photographic evidence of damage and ship the items back to us. Return shipping and handling charges (where imposed) will be borne by the customer, but we will ship replacement of damaged orders free of charge. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
